Credit card top off not working

Option to use credit card to top off account not working when using US credit card to top off a local number in Bangkok from DTAC. Repeat message of authorization not approved while credit card works perfectly.

App does not allow users to renew previous top up offer or allow users to renew previous data plan that they were using. Their should be an option in the app where people could see their previous plan and be able to subscribe to the same previous plan if they are on a month to month plan with a prepaid SIM card.
