Useless! There is no English access!

They do not listen their customers. Paysbuy is a nightmare for digital payments. And promotions are not in line with customer needs >>> Recommended For You is not efficient

For unknown reasons the app does not allow you to purchase add-on packages, even when you have enough credit. (For example, if the balance is 100 baht, you cant purchase an add-on priced at 89 baht) Other than this the app is fairly ok

After the updated, it shows No Internet Connection Error even if hi-speed wifi is available on ios7.x. But if inputs a phone number under the error, it can be sent a PIN code. And you should indicate a remaining data usage info before over quota instruction or other promo info in a my profile.(e.g. 199B Monthly Plan)

Cant subscribe to internet using this app.

Option to use credit card to top off account not working when using US credit card to top off a local number in Bangkok from DTAC. Repeat message of authorization not approved while credit card works perfectly. App does not allow users to renew previous top up offer or allow users to renew previous data plan that they were using. Their should be an option in the app where people could see their previous plan and be able to subscribe to the same previous plan if they are on a month to month plan with a prepaid SIM card.

I can manage, purchase, order and apply anything related to my GSM provider within few clicks without having a single call to provider asking anything!! Super cool!

This should be a simple, easy to use, intuitive app. Instead theyve turned it into an overly-complicated piece of rubbish. Hint: full page of registration info required? Not gonna do it. Dont even waste your time downloading this version.

Theres a connection issue that needs to be fixed. Could be a useful app tho.

I think I want to used with wifi and other network

More function should be added eg. subscription or cancel to additional services, changing password, mobile topup, bill payment etc. But for the things it is doing now, it does well.

This app only works with cellular data network. Why cant we use it with WiFi???

Its a waste of time. Dont download this thing. Its useless if u dont have a data plan because it wont work on wifi.

I cannot touch login button because keyboard alway above the button. I cannot dismiss keyboard.
